Everyone at Tandem is getting excited about our latest project: we are developing interpretation for the Guildhall, Derry.
First built in 1887, the Guildhall features a stunning array of stained glass windows commemorating the tradesmen and other notable characters from the city’s history.
As Derry’s civic centre, the Guildhall is the perfect location in which to tell the city’s fascinating story, from the Ulster Plantation to the recent Saville Inquiry.
We are striving to create an ambitious and imaginative interpretive installation, which will sensitively highlight the city’s rich and complex history, all in time to launch in 2013 for Derry/Londonderry’s year as UK City of Culture. Follow our progress here and on Facebook and Twitter!
